As we move out of February and into March I hope all the hard work and training has paid off. It has been a busy month. I started teaching for my local riding club, my diary has been filling with lots of freelance riding as well as fitting my horses in.
The horses have been enjoying jumping, galloping, dressage and cross country schooling. I've had several outings to Summerhouse and for lessons at Hartpury College with Corinne Bracken.
I had to make a trip down to Pontispool to see what all the fuss was about! They have done a great job with what they have built and with the ground still sodden it was great to jump solid fences and splash through water again. Now that the weather is finally improving and the ground is drying out I went down to Boomerang to get the feel of jumping on grass again in preparation for Aldon. Harry is going incredibly and all of the others are coming on well to soon start their eventing careers.
With the first outing at Aldon this week, let the count down begin!!
